Brand strategy and brand refresh
NEED: Get Started had undergone a business strategy review and realised that the original premise of their name, purpose and role with clients had evolved significantly from their start in 1999. They wanted to review the appropriateness of their name and brand now and for the future.
SOLUTION: Through a series of workshops the position of the brand was worked back from first principles, reflecting upon the values and Get Started's position within the market. Research with customers was conducted, contributing insight that there was still brand equity with the name, with relevant and motivating perceptions of the value they bring to clients.
Hence the name was kept, but a new expression of the role they play for clients was created, with a new logo and tagline.
